I build the connective tissue between what organizations know, what they build, and what they deliver — grounding every decision in semantic precision, systems integrity, and trustworthy AI.

The Discipline
Behind
the Work

Organizations rarely fail for lack of data. They fail for lack of meaning — and for lack of a way to measure it. Without measurement, you can't separate the right problems to solve from the noise, or know where change is truly worth the investment. That conviction is the foundation of everything I do.

Over 25+ years of business and technical architecture, I've found that the hardest problems are rarely the technical ones — they're about meaning, measurement, and alignment. I work modularly, blending the engineering disciplines a given problem actually needs: systems, knowledge, requirements, data, prompt, and social engineering — each built atop established best practices like Six Sigma, Jobs-to-be-Done, Design Thinking, and Systems Engineering.

This toolkit travels. My work spans finance & banking, transportation, manufacturing, technology, not-for-profit, education, government, and healthcare — helping organizations choose the right value, the right problems, the right ideas, and the right solutions.

That discipline is the foundation of The Value Enablement Group and of Sustainable Growth By Design — a method built on a Biz:DNA backbone of Strategy, Execution, Operations, and Measurement, all bound together by value-driven measurement. Sustainable growth, built from the DNA an organization already has.

The Values
Hierarchy

Not a slogan. A decision-making framework applied to every engagement, every architecture, every recommendation.

01
Planet
Every architectural decision must first ask: does this serve or harm the planetary systems that sustain all life? Technology that optimizes for extraction at the expense of regeneration is not architecture — it is a liability. I ground every engagement in Doughnut Economics and planetary boundary thinking.
02
People
Human dignity, agency, and flourishing come before economic efficiency. AI systems that cannot explain their decisions to the humans they affect are not trustworthy systems — they are power asymmetries encoded in software. My AI governance frameworks exist to restore that balance.
03
Profit
Economic sustainability is essential — but it is the outcome of right action, not its justification. Organizations that deliver genuine value to people within planetary boundaries will generate durable, compounding returns. That is what "enabling value" means.

Beyond
the Work

Architecture is not only how we build systems. It is how we build societies.

Civic Initiative · Daily Practice
One Good Thing
A community initiative grounded in the conviction that institutional decay is fought one positive action at a time. One Good Thing is a daily practice of constructive engagement — finding, doing, and sharing one thing that builds rather than extracts, connects rather than divides, regenerates rather than depletes. It is the Planet > People > Profit values hierarchy in daily lived form.

Vision Awake Africa for Development
VAAFD operates the Carolyn A. Miller Schools at the Buduburam Refugee Settlement in Ghana — providing education, stability, and opportunity to children and families in one of West Africa's most vulnerable communities. My support for VAAFD is a direct expression of the People tier of my values hierarchy: human dignity is not negotiable, and geography should never determine a child's access to learning.
